Brown vaginal Discharge (low iron, last pregnancy delivery was a c-section)

	Hi, My question is I have a brown discharge which followed after my monthly cycle (I'm currently taking iron pills) nothing that shows in my panties,I notice it when I wipe. This is my first time experiencing this. I'm not pregnant, a tubaligation was preformed after the birth of my last pregnancy.
