Enlarged glandula tysonii

	What causes the enlargement of the glandula tysonii. How can it be treated? I am a sexually active male who stupidly had unprotected sex with someone who may have been carrying an STD. I went and had the appropriate tests and they all came back negative but the glandula tysonii located the the base of the glans have enlarged quite predominantly and there is some discomfort. There is no discharge and other than the enlarged glands which look like the head of a pimple everything else looks healthy. What has happened can it be treated and if so how?

I would suggest you to apply warm moist compresses and see. Hopefully the swelling will subside.
