Your lipid profile is borderline normal.So you need to cut down on fatty foods and do some exercises.You can
start with a brisk walk in the morning for atleast 30 min for 4-5 days a week.No medicine at this stage are
required for the lipid profile. The blood pressure needs to be controlled. For that I would suggest a
physician check up and starting with antihypertensives.Also control the amount of salt that you take in your
diet.Just avoid additional salt like salt over the salad or in curd.Best..
