I was told i have a 3.4 cm cyst on my ovary and i want to know is there anything i can do to prevent it from exploding before i see my dr in a couple of daysntent%3D%220%3Burl%3

Strenuous activities should be limited to prevent cyst rupture or torsion. In case you experience abdominal pain, you need to visit a gynecologist immediately, as this is the immediate sign of rupture of the cyst.
