	I have severe abdo pain in my right side then changing to my left, i have a temp shaky legs. I had my last period 14 days ago and stil loosing brwn discharge. I also have back pain. I had my appendix removed when i was 11. I had my forth c section in feb last year also got sterilised at the same time. I havnt eperienced pain like this before please advise me what to do im 26.

Abdominal pain and new vaginal discharge or irregular vaginal bleeding raises the suspicion of pelvic inflammatory diseases. Other causes could be an ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cyst. I would suggest you to please seek an appointment with your OBGYN as soon as possible and undergo a complete clinical exam. Meanwhile you can take OTC NSAIDS for pain. Do keep us posted!
