Difficult or painful intercourse could be dyspareunia, which could occur due to psychogenic factors,
infections, vaginismus, hormonal imbalance like oestrogen deficiency, hymenal remanats, growths, ulcers,
imflammations etc. Inability to penetrate is commonly due to vaginusmus which may be linked to psychological
factors. Associted bleeding could be linked to trauma, infections, ulcers, erosions, growths etc. At this
time, I would suggest consulting a gynaecologist for an evaluation of other potentially serious causes. After
a cause is diagnosed, it can be managed accordingly. Hope this helps. Take care.
