abdomen pain to right lower quad with burning feeling. more intense if bending a lot. more severe in past four days

	Been having pain to lower right abdomen for the last three months. The md have ruled out gallbladder problem with two difference test. Having 250 blood in urine with no systoms of uti. Pain to abdomen more severe when bending down and move to left hip area. Cause such pain can hardly walk on left leg. the pain is a burning intense pain. For the last four days the pain is becoming more intense. Having lower back pain now. When the pain start I feel faint and very dizzy. I don"t know where to turn to for help. My right side of my neck is at thyriod area enlarge. I have appointment next month. Most time it is dull aching pain. But have become more severe this week. No pain or discomfor to mid side or back.

	Answer by Dr Smitha M, MD (doctor) on Tue 02, Sep 2008 07:37pm: Hi, The pain, correlated with the blood in urine, can indicate a kidney infection or a kidney stone. You will need to have an X-ray done to identify the presence and location of the stone and to check whether it is placed such that it can obstruction to outflow of urine. Obstruction to flow of urine can cause a condition called hydronephrosis and can eventually cause damage to kidney function. You will need to consult a urologist for further investigations and management in this regard. Do keep us posted on any further doubts.
