Hi there.
Initially, this small piece of flesh or skin in the anal area may be what is called the sentinel pile, which
if common in people with hemorrhoids or chronic constipation. Usually, this is of no cause of concern, unless
the hemorrhoids protrude out of the anal area and cause pain.
The itchiness in the vagina may be due to a fungal infection. For some people, this might be a sign of
impaired glucose levels, such as those with diabetes (so it is recommended you have your sugars checked). The
itchiness may be cured by taking oral or intra-vaginal anti-fungal drugs, but this should be evaluated first
by your doctor.
The blue lump outside the anus may indeed be a part of the hemorrhoid, and if this causes pain, this should be
evaluated by a surgeon.
Regards and God bless.
