	i am on the dianette pill. In my first pack i didnt take the last pill and then had my seven day break. i took the pill i missed a few days later. i have just finished the second pack of pills and am on the seven day break. i have had period pains but i am not bleeding. could i be pregnant?

Birth control pills are effective only with compliance of the drug.
