diarrhea due to medication

pain; Relevant drugs:currently taking topamax for migraines and prozac 40mg for anxiety and oral

does oral contraceptives cause diarrhea and weight loss? or can they counter act with topamax?

Hi. Oral contraceptives can have abdominal side effects such as cramping or bloatedness, but it is not uncommon to see diarrhea as one of these side effects. Weight loss is also an uncommon side effect. I have cross checked your drugs using epocrates online, and there seems to be no significant interaction between your drugs. I would suggest that you inform your doctor about this and possibly worked up for other causes. Regards.
