endometriosis. severe abdominal pain, 2 surguries in 2 months for different things please help

	I have suffered from a miscarriage this past may i started it on the 4th and i passed the tissue on the 5th the doctor did not do a D&C. 3 weeks later i went to the ER with abdominal pain severe and I was there for 2 weeks the first week they were focusing on my apendix once they realized it was an obgyn issue they did a laproscopic surgery and removed a cist on the backside of my right ovary and found endometriosis. I was sent home and 4 days later back in the ER with more abdominal pain but in a different place different pain and found out my gallbladder was full of sludge and was not draining properly so it was removed. I was home for about 2 weeks when the abdominal pain came back so strong went back to the ER and the same OBGYN saw me and he treated me like i was making it up he said endometriosis does not cause severe pain like that. I feel like my insides are being scratched to death like a constant contraction lower back pain migraine headaches and nausea the past three days i have had diarrhea and blood when i wipe but i have no hemmoroide so i dont know where it is coming from what could it be or what should I do? i am afraid people are going to think i am a hypcondriact even though every time i have been to the ER something has been found. PLEASE HELP!!!

	Answer by Dr Simran, MD (doctor) on Sun 03, Aug 2008 09:19am: Hello Dear, You should consult your gynaecologist regarding mefenemic acid as it is anti spasmodic,analgesic pain killer and prostaglandin inhibitor.It reduces pain. Mefenamic acid decreases inflammation ,swelling, and uterine contractions .Also go in for a second opinion and repeat sonography to asess the present condition.
