strang neurological type symptoms, with dizziness, chills, sweating, and mild out of body type sensation, occuring every 30 minutes or so began four days ago

	i have been experiencing strange symptoms for the last 4 days...it starts with a sensation in my stomach back of my neck begins to hurt and feel stiff, then i get severe chills with profuse sweating and a sense of not being here, as if i am dfreaming while awake. it lasts antwhere from 2 to 5 minutes and during that period of time i cannot even lift my head and then it's over till next time which is about every 30 minutes or so..please help

Neck stiffness with fever and chills raises the suspicion of meningitis which occurs due to bacterial or viral infection of the brain.
