Hi there.
Your symptoms are quite non-specific and details are needed so that a more accurate advise can be generated.
Telling whether the discharge is connected or not can be very hard without formal physical examination.
The back, neck soreness as well as headaches in the general population are more commonly caused by stress and
fatigue, and these could usually be relived by analgesics and adequate rest. Hypertension or high blood
pressure can also contribute to this and so I suggest that you have your blood pressure checked. A neurologic
examination by your physician can help in ruling in or out other conditions like migraine, or primary
neurologic conditions.
The abdominal uneasiness, nausea cramping is also very hard to assess without physical examination. You
should note if these symptoms occur in relation to stressful events or situations, or whether these come
before or after meals. Common causes include hyperacidity, mild food poisoning, reaction to stressful
situations and gastrointestinal infections (viral, prasitic, or bacterial).
I suggest you make a formal consult with a physician so that you can be evaluated properly with the aid of an
actual physical and neurologic examination, and hopefully come up with a good diagnosis.
Regards.
