Hi,
Have you ever had a period before? And at what age have you had menarche?
Not having a period until age 24 is abnormal and will require investigations to identify possible structural
or hormonal causes.
If you have been having your period regularly and have stopped suddenly, a pregnancy will need to be ruled
out.
In the absence of pregnancy, if the period is still absent, other hormonal imbalances that could be
contributing to this condition will need evaluation. This can be done by evaluating your hormone profile.
A urine pregnancy test from a local chemist store can help confirm or rule out pregnancy.
You will need to consult your gynecologist for further evaluation.
Keep us posted on your doubts.
Regards,
