Hi,
At age 26, with a history of normal and timely periods, and some cervical growth in the past, I think that it
is best that you see your OBG/GYN to determine the cause of the current spotting.
It amy be related to the cervix (erosion, growth), or to some uterine cause. The abdominal cramps too need
investigation, perhaps with an ultrasound examination too. You have had tubectomy, but doo you or your partner
use any other contraception? Occasionally, ectopic pregnancy may occur after tubectomy. This needs to be ruled
out by your doctor too.
Please dont be alarmed, it may just be a case of minor infection (pelvic inflammatory disease) . But do seek
an appointment soon.
I wish you all the best!
