Ovulation is the release of a single, mature egg from a follicle that developed in the ovary. It usually occurs regularly, around day 14 of a 28-day menstrual cycle. Since you are having irregular cycles, you should keep an eye on certain changes of ovulation. Near ovulation the discharge becomes raw egg like and slippery and there is an increase in basal body temperature. Also you can use ovulation predictor kits available in the market. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
